Neil Richard Flynn (born November 13, 1960) is an American actor and comedian. He is best known for his roles as the Janitor in the medical comedy drama Scrubs (2001–2009) and Mike Heck in the ABC sitcom The Middle (2009–2018). After performing with numerous comedy troupes in the Chicago area during the 1980s, Flynn made his film debut in Major League (1989).
